PREFACE

Client acknowledges and agrees to the provided terms before commissioning work. I retain the right to cancel or reject services without refund in case of confirmed breaches. I also reserve the right to save and modify project assets for personal and creative use. Clients may request stems and hold rights, but distributing, selling, or giving them away without permission is prohibited.

PAYMENT

Payment is required upfront for mutual safety, but can be split into two installments upon client request (half upfront, the rest upon completion). Your email will be needed for invoicing purposes.Payments are accepted through local bank transfers, e-wallets, and internationally through PayPal, with fees borne by the client. Local payments are converted from USD with rounding as needed.

DELIVERABLE

I will try my best to deliver the finished piece within a timeframe of 2 weeks - up to 6 months or more depending on the project. I will let the client know if I finish the project earlier or if I will be delivering the project later than the given timeframe. The timeframe will heavily differ depending on what kind of project I will be working on, but I will try my best to work on and deliver the project as soon as possible nevertheless.

CAPABILITIES AND SKILL

I will consult to the client about my capabilities and skills regarding what I will be working on. If I deem that the project that I will be working on is either beyond my capabilities, or go against my beliefs (e.g. any mentions of controversial topics like religion, politics, etc. or any form of hate speech), then I reserve my right to refuse said commission.

REFUNDS

The client can receive a full refund within the initial 48 hours post-payment. After the project commencement, refunds follow these conditions:
- Upon finalizing the project's base idea: 70% refund.
- When the project is deemed half-done: 30% refund.No refunds are allowed after project completion. Refunds exclude transaction media admin fees, and refunding relinquishes rights to the piece. I retain the right to use or resell the project after a refund.

REFERENCES

I take references in the form of YouTube links, Discord audio files, and/or MIDI files, and will use the reference material as ideas for the project. I reserve my creative freedom to work on the project with my aspirations and ideas following the client's prompt unless the client asks to imitate a certain element, which I will try to recreate as best as I can.
